Sydney - Disembarkation

Sydney - Disembarkation

Our final days at sea were jam packed with finishing off our games of cards, saying goodbyes to my craft ladies, last minute coffees with the "secret women's business" girls, jackpot games of bingo, jewellery raffles, cocktail parties, trying to finish all our grog and packing up our home for the last 3 months.  We boarded with 3 large cases, 2 x 6 pack cartons of wine, 1 x PC case, 1 x handbag, 1 x backpack, 1 x carryon bag…. when we were fully packed we had 3 large cases, 1 x PC case, 1 x handbag, 1 backpack, 3 x carryon bags and 2 x fold up chairs so something had to stay as we could not man handle all of these bags on the train so the chairs had to be left behind…. donated to our cabin steward.

We made some great new friends who we will continue to keep in touch with and said our goodbyes to people that we already knew from previous cruises and who we will no doubt cruise with again.  We take home lots of memories that we will treasure forever!

Now to ponder the next adventure….
